This Onboarding Guide is here to set you up so that you can get the best benefits from the program you have invested in and get started quickly.

To get the most of of your Top 6 Mastermind Program these are four key elements that everyone has at their fingertips regardless of your program level.

The first Tuesday of every month from 2:00pm - 5:00pm EST will be our group sessions. (subject to change, with notice.)
First portion of our time together is our educational monthly Business Builder Modules, to create a strong business foundation. The last portion is accountability and support!! (Those BHAGs, baby!)
The third Tuesday of every month from 4:00pm - 5:00pm EST is POWER HOUR!
Power Hour questions are DUE a week prior to this session, to provide quality feedback during the session. These are the questions you are struggling with, or want to focus on.
During this call we will go over the questions, provide support and have open discussion in group.
Annually, all Masterminders have access to my 2 Day Strategic Business Planning Retreat. (see calendar for dates) This is CEO time where you are truly working ON your business, instead of IN it! It is a facilitated discussion of strategy and tactics to provide your plan for success for the next 12 months. It is only hosted once per year, and provides you with education and tools that are in addition to the monthly programming.

Access will be given to all members of the Mastermind. This is a great way to meet other fellow Masterminders, share goals and build relationships.

ACCESS TO BOOTCAMP MODULES
Access to Bootcamp modules are in your Team Room on the Top 6 Mastermind website. Start with Niche Secrets Guide and recommend watching before 1 Group Session.

24/7 comprehensive library of expert lectures about a wide range of hot business building topics. These are located in your online team room.
1 SEMI-PRIVATE VIP DAY
During your year in the program, you will have the opportunities to spend a full day with your Coach, as a participant of a small VIP group of entrepreneurs. These special days are powerful, focused, unforgettable, super fun and get results FAST! (1 Day either in person or via Zoom.)
3 1:1 PRIVATE COACHING SESSIONS
You will enjoy three private, 50-minute coaching sessions with your coach to your business progress. Nothing works better than having someone who has already solved your challenges show you exactly what works (and what doesn't). Four 60-minute sessions each, your choice of face-to-face, phone or Zoom call.
2 SEMI-PRIVATE VIP DAYS
During your year in the program, you will have the opportunities to spend a full day with your Coach, as a participant of a small VIP group of entrepreneurs. These special days are powerful, focused, unforgettable, super fun and get results FAST! (1 Day either in person or via Zoom.)
6 1:1 PRIVATE COACHING SESSIONS
You will enjoy six private, 60-minute coaching sessions with your coach to your business progress. Nothing works better than having someone who has already solved your challenges show you exactly what works (and what doesn't). Six 50-minute sessions each, your choice of face-to-face, phone or Zoom call.
ADDITIONAL PERSON IN THE PROGRAM
Bring a Team Member, Partner or Colleague into the program at no additional charge. This person will have access to all of the same benefits. They will need to complete the Mastermind Questionnaire to have access to the program. The same access is given within the calendar year that you begin.
Example: If they come into the program 1/2 through your calendar year, they will only have six months within the program timeframe.

SCHEDULE YOUR ONBOARDING SESSION
During your onboarding session we will go over the Team Room, what's coming up in the next couple of weeks and months.
As well as will also answer any questions you may have about the Mastermind and upcoming year.
SCHEDULE TIME ON YOUR CALENDAR
This will help you work through the many materials available to you. Ideal is an hour or two a week, but do the best you can.
Review the Mastermind Schedule in this guide so you know what to anticipate what's coming up on your calendar.
There is an excel version of the calendar that will be attached to your welcome email. (Calendar Invites will be sent.)
LOGIN INTO YOUR TEAM ROOM & START BOOT CAMP
Login into your Mastermind Team Room at: http://www.top6mastermind.com/salesuprising A username and password will be sent to you. In this Team Room you will have access to your Bootcamp, Niche Secrets and Monthly Business Builder Modules.
Start with Bootcamp class #1 - Niche Secrets. When you have finished all three sessions in Bootcamp, feel free to move onto the Business Builder Modules. If you do not have time to dive into the Biz Builder Modules these are taught in the monthly group sessions.
JOIN THE SALES UPRISING TOP 6'ERS FACEBOOK GROUP
Say hi to everyone. They are a welcoming group! You will see in the Team Room a Column that says Facebook Group to request to join the group. (Make sure you're Facebook friends with Katie so that the team can invite you, if you can't find it!)
Take the time and invest in yourself. Make time and keep distractions away and to be present during the Mastermind Group Sessions. Be sure to submit questions to your Power Hour Sessions and make the time to come to the Power Hours.
Share your goals, wins, set up 1:1 meetings with others in the group. The more you put into the program, the more you will get out of it. (Just ask all of the strategic partners and JV's that have come out of their time with me!!)
